Blue Jetta in SLC

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone on this list drives a Windsor Blue, badgeless 
Jetta with what looks like 17" wheels and tinted windows. I have no idea 
if it's a GLX or not since I've only seen it crossing the intersection in 
front of me and I've been behind at least one other car at the time. This 
car looks quite good and I was wondering what else has been done to it.
