well, my sunroof/windows sychronizing is fixed; as per Bryan's
suggestion about rolling all the windows down, opening the sunroof, and
then disconnecting the battery for 5-10 minutes; well it worked and it
worked great;

all better now

if anyone has this happen to them in the future; i would suggest doing
this quick fix, rather than the disconnecting of the relays at the A and
B pillars;

well, what i mean to say is that you might be able to try this way
first; and if it doesn't work, then do it the VW Spec. Repair Manual
procedure;
