Rear License Plate Segment Mods

	I was looking at the back of a Cabrio in traffic today and noticed an
upper lip to the license plate opening, similar to that on an Audi A4 and
many other higher end cars. I haven't looked close up yet, but was
wondering if it is moulded into the trunklid of the Cabrio or if it is
attached somehow and maybe addable to my Jetta or a GTI. Any info would be
appreciated.
