Passat 1998

To our friends:

I wish to announce that Maureen and I have traded in our 1996 Jetta GLX
VR6  for a 1998 Passat.

The new car is silver with black leather interior.

Options are sun roof $1000.00 , Leather $950.00 and CD in the trunk
$280.00(limeted time only).

Chapman VW Scottsdale AZ gave us $17,500.00 for the trade on the Jetta.
The Passat was $23,500.00 Total (base, options, tax and lic)

With no $ out of pocket our payment worked out to be $17.50 less per
month.
The insurance is $60.00 less per year.
The bank extended our payment term two years. That's the same amount of
time we have paid on the previous note.

The Passat has a 4 cylinder 20 valve turbo charged engine.

We are very happy with the styling , appearance, and interior comfort.

We will definitely miss the Trunk space and the horse power of the VR6
engine. (boy could that Jetta haul ass.)

I must say the overall comfort makes up for the power of the VR6.
