Patrick, Since oil and it's continued circulation is the life blood of you're sweet VR6, one guage that I'd install is an oil pressure guage. You've already got an oil temp monitor in the digital display up on the dash. An exhaust pyrometer is also a cool guage, especially if you ever intend on force feeding you're baby (you'll also need a vacume/boost guage as well)!
