As far as noise ... I'm not sure what that would mean. ...Mine are still quiet,
after 45k miles.  But, I can tell they're a lot squishier than they used to be.
 (That may be partly due to hard driving at autocrosses!)  I think
"squishiness" is more of an indicator of how far gone your shocks are, rather
than noise...
