Road & Track June 1997

Hey everybody, I just got the new issue of Road & Track and they do a similar 
test that Car and Driver had about two months ago.  They pit the Jetta GLX 
against the Acura Integra GS-R, Nissan Maxima SE, Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT and the 
Audi 1.8 T Quattro.  This time the results were a bit different.  To sum it 
up, the VW comes just behind the Audi in the overall numbers.  The writers 
also thought of it as one of the best cars in the group for high-speed touring 
and handling, along with the Acura.  Far different results than that of Car 
and Driver.  Check it out if you get a chance.
