i have been using the Saris rack system which is made by Graber since it 
came out.  the load bars a kinda shaped like airplane wing.  it's easy to 
put on and take off (about 5 min)  the accessories all slide in through a 
channel in the load bar and locked in by the end adjuster.  this system 
centers itself when installing.  wind noise is also lower the only 
whistling i get is due to the fork mounts for the bike.  i don't use a 
fairing so i don't know if that would get rid of the whistling or not.
