     My two cents.  H&R (neuspeed) sport lowering springs, SPAX struts, 
     shocks, 16" wheels with 205/45/16 tires.  Upper strut tie bar.  I 
     think you will be vary pleased with this set up, not too low, not too 
     stiff unless you crank down the adjusters.

There is some very good advice on this List.
     
I'm in the UK and I am about to change my suspension setup 
as the stock item does the car no favours.
I really would like to achieve three things 
1. Improve handling
2. Improve the VR's appearance and stance ie make it look taught and squat. 
3. Not have the ride so hard my teeth shake out or my CD player is 
affected.
     
This is all bearing in mind the shitty UK roads that I have to put up with, 
I don't have the Highways or Autobahns to cruise (you guys are so lucky), 
maybe I'll move.....!
     
Lastly that age old debate bearing in mind the above, which wheels 16" or 
17"...??????????
     
     
All opinions great or small would be greatly appreciated......!
