Brake Bleeding Revisited...

Hi,

A few weeks back, I posted a question about brake bleeding. I've got a '95
GLX, and it has the Teves 04 ABS system, for which the Bentley's manual states
that you don't have to electronically cycle the ABS system to bleed the brakes.
It says that you DO need a pressurized brake bleeder, though.

My first post asked if anyone had successfully bled their brakes. I thought I
remembered getting a response saying that you could bleed the brakes using the
Mity-Vac hand-operated Vacuum-pump system.

This weekend, I bought a Mity-Vac, and reading through it's instruction
booklet, it explicitly says, "On ABS system from some manufacturer's, the brake
system must be pressurized with a pressure-bleeder".... Which again makes me
think, maybe I need a pressure-bleeder...

I just wanted to write one more time: Has anybody successfully bled their
brakes, and what ABS system is in your car (if you know)? ...It's been 2 years,
and I want to get rid of the factory fluid, and put in some Super Blue Racing
fluid...

BTW: I'm working on making a pressurized bleeder right now. ...Use my portable
air compressor, and a valve-stem epoxied into a second master-cylinder
reservoir cap. ...All I need is the second cap. ....
