Hi Jeff -

My feeling is that perhaps your fogs are aimed too high.  I'll occasionally
drive with my fogs on and I've never been "flashed" by oncoming drivers
(unless I've legitimately forgotten to kill my high beams).  My fogs are
adjusted so the cut-off is well below oncoming drivers' eyes.  Admittedly,
it's difficult to see how they're aimed unless you have the Euro-switch
which enables you to operate the fogs independently of the low beams.

Another dissenting opinion: if I'm not mistaken the Hella dual rounds have
a very sharp cutoff like most Euro-spec lighting systems (and our factory
fog lights).  When properly adjusted they should dazzle oncoming drivers
_less_ than US-spec "fuzzy" cut-off lighting.  I'm going to order some
Hellas as soon as my profit-sharing check comes in...
