very bad day, help please...

i was driving today and i hit a chuck hole that dented my right front rim...
i ordered a new one so that part is taken care of...  now here is the bigger
problem because i don't know what is causing it...  whenever i am turing
left, not even fast, i hear this chirping sound coming from the front right
wheel, the one i hit...  does anyone know what this is???  i am afraid that
it is bad news.
it only does it on left turns, not right, and not while going straight, it
sometimes makes it when going over a bump...  
could this be the brake pad rubbing against the rotor??  is it shock related??

any help would be appreciated...
