All the "options" you listed, came as standard equipment on my 95 GLX. 
Price depends on condition obviously!  Been hit and or repainted?...get
down and really look hard under the car.  Mine has 43K (early 95) so the
milage is a good factor.  Have the compression checked as well as the
general mechanical condition by a independent person you trust.  My
shocks were gone at 25-30K so check to see how those are.  Good luck!
