Look in your maintenance booklet at the back.
The 15kmi service is the following:
Oil AND filter change.
Pull codes
Air filter
Good time for the free brake fluid change in the first 24kmi
Fluid checks

If the dealer you went to said there is a 15kmi service, then how do
they explain the 7500 mile factory oil change interval. The filter only
has to be changed every 15kmi (replacable element).

Find another dealer...
