I know, I just posted about haveing my "dream car", my new 98 GLX. 
Well I bought it on Saturday the 29th of Nov.  The dealer said that
there was no way I had to worry about getting approved for the loan,
that my credit looked great.  Well last night I went back to the dealer
to finish signing away my trade in, and the finance department said that
VCI did not approve me.  They said it was because I was with my dad in a
co-sign before. and now I am trying to get the GLX myself.  They said
that my credit looks great, and I made every payment on time in my old
car for two years.  VCI doesn't know if they want to chance me, because
my credit debt is pretty high for my income.
  I hate this whole process.  My debt has been that same way for two
years.  I keep paying on it, but I have never missed a payment on
anything.  I am even getting a 25% raise in a month.  I wish they would
give me a chance.
  The way this is panning out is, my dad already said he would not
co-sign again,(he has another son to worry about now).  The dealer is
going to plea with VCI to give me a chance, and say that "DAD" can't
carry me forever,(I'm 21).
  So I had tha GLX of my dreams, and know it most likely will be striped
away :(  I find out for sure today, Tuesday at 4:00.
