Regarding the door speakers and tweeters, MB Quart sells component
speakers that fit the Golf/Jetta mounting holes perfectly. I believe
Polk makes component speakers that fit the Golf/Jetta mounting holes
perfectly also. The midrange speakers in the Golf/Jetta are sized as
6.5"S in the Crutchfield catalog. They are a little bigger than regular
6.5" speakers and are harder to find.
