Best newcomer:  Welsch.
Best rookie:  Banks.
Most improved:  Blount.
Best coach:  no votes received for either coach.
Deal of the year:  Walker and Delk for LaFrentz, Welsch, and Dallas' #1.
 
Bored fan of the year:  not me, really.  I think the ballast for a contender has been created.  A few surprises next year, a little surge by our sophs and we'll be there.
