    IIRC, the Cs made it known that WaLter would get the minimum, but then he had a good playoff series, and does seem to be a genial sort, so they ponied up a tad over minimum for three years, which isn't unreasonable for a guy who is #9 or 10 in your rotation and who can come off the bench to help with pressure defense and maybe hit a few 3s.  But that's what he is - a #9 or #10 guy, NOT A FREAKING SIXTH MAN PLAYING 40 MINUTES PER GAME!!!!!
