It will never happen, but as big of a call as the 3 second rule is, I would love to see an extra ref added t oeach game whose only job is to watch for 3 second violations. I don't think it would need to be a permanant thing... maybe just for one year until the players get the hint.

I would like to see the Zebras enforce the rules we now have. Especially the
3 second in the paint deal. It's not called regularly and the refs can call
it at will. I don't like that kind of judgment. The League is trying to pump
up the scoring and calling less fouls is one way to do it. We don't need
basketball to get bogged down at the free throw line like baseball is now
snailball.
