RE: thoughts on Westphal?

Ran a country club atmosphere in Phoenix and Seattle. Those kind of
coaches typically don't win titles although they make for entertaining
basketball. Again, as I stated some time ago, Paul Westphal publicly
placed much of the blame for his own failure in Seattle on Vin Baker.
What kind of coach would do that? Doesn't that give some insight into
his personality, insight that would lead one to strongly question his
leadership/decision making abilities?

The thought of Sichting intrigues me. Has tutored under Flip Saunders,
one of the best coaches in the NBA, played for the Celtics during the
Bird, Parish and McHale years, and is considered an intense/no nonsense
guy. Not sure his basketball philosophy and whether or not that jives
with Ainge but if he brings the same qualities that recently minted head
coach Terry Porter has with the Bucks, I think that wouldn't be too bad.
