Banks will start IMO before the season ends. A couple starts could change
things for him in a big way. We have to take it easy with Welsch because of
the left thumb. It is one good bang from ending his season, yet he still
exceeds all expectations.

Pierce will learn some basics also along the way. Far too many to's and
fumbles. I hope Davis stays patient till we get our act together.

The 1st quarter last nite was an example of when we start putting 4 together
we'll do fine.
