My take on Ainge: 

No two visions are alike. 

He's making some very, very tough decisions. time will
tell if they're good ones. the roster needed to be
overhauled and we needed a better teacher. i say he's
only halfway there, but i'm behind him all the way.
he's not for the squeamish. so far, i like his picks
and i like his trades. more to come, i'm sure.
exciting days ahead. can't wait to see how carroll
runs the team, how the younger guys pan out. go celts!
