Like Tommy Heinsohn says the Celts need a lesson in boxing out. What the hell
do they do in practice??

I like Banks a lot. He still has too many unnecessary turnovers and is also still more than capable of excess cockiness or just being a rookie driven idiocies, all of which costs him some PT. But he brings a lot of energy and on the whole learns from his mistakes. On better days I dream at the thought of him and Ricky competing with regularity to see who can leave the better speed burns on the court. He will be the starter full time eventually (he has started some this season), but it's not exactly criminal that he doesn't now, since he's still getting minutes. Bringing him in off the bench provides a very useful energy insertion in contrast to the usually more reliable Jiri/James combination to start off the game.

As to boxing out and what goes on in practice practice - think of the classic old line about hitters who always looked like world beaters against the Red Sox and then couldn't buy a hit once they were signed to play for Boston "yeah, but before they were hitting against OUR pitching" <g>
