Re: Baker on ESPN last night

My understanding was that a doctor chosen by the team, Baker and the Union
had that decision making responsibility. There are references of Baker
being in touch with him on a daily basis. I thought that it was that he was
out a total of 10 games in a row, based on the doctor not allowing him to
play, that is the agreement. Not a night here or there based on the Celtics
opinion of his poor play.

games, he's out, right? Well, who defines "unable to perform" or "out of
compliance" or whatever it is? > - Doug

Good for you, Mr. Doug. Aside from your expert legalese, I have always
wondered how the Celts could legally connect any night of Vin's poor floor
play with his being under the influence.
