You are not the first to question Carroll over Lester Conner.  Everyone
I talk to asks the same question. 
The difference ... Carroll was the OFFENSE(sive) ASSISTANT which 
is Danny's main thrust.  

Hope he has chosen his players better than he has chosen his coaches.
