some things to ponder

I have heard rumors that Al Harrington is unhappy with his role in
Indiana. Is he capable of playing full time as a starting power
forward? If so, he is the type of young, talented,
beginning-to-realize-his-potential type of player to add. Would Mills
and Dallas' first round pick get him in a Celtics uniform or is he to
valuable to Indiana's postseason plans? Does having Jonathan Bender on
the squad make Harrington expendable?

Also, would it be worthwhile to take on Seattle center Jerome James'
contract for a couple more years so as to acquire shooting guard/point
guard Flip Murray? Murray is not a true point guard and may never be,
but during the beginning of the season when he filled in for an injured
Ray Allen, he was quite adept at creating shots for others as well as
creating scoring opportunities for himself. He is relatively young at
24 and only in his second year, big as a point guard (6'4"), with above
average athleticism, and can shoot but doesn't play a lick of defense
and is turnover prone. He and James could probably be had for Mills
expiring contract since Seattle is in a world of hurt financially and is
desperate to unload the underachieving James.
