I don't see how you can make any prediction without seeing what Baker does in a couple of exhibition games. If the guy shows something, add three to your estimate. If he looks sluggish, then lower your sights. I will assume that he knows the system (whatever it is) almost as well as anyone else on the team, especially the newbies.
