RE: I challenge you

Wow. Pretty overwhelming, I have to agree.
minor quibbles: Karl Malone is not a better
player at this stage in his career. I'm not
sure about Marion. Little guards like Gilbert
Arenas and Tony Parker can have devastating
effects on offense, but tend to get swallowed
up on D, and do not rebound at all. Ben Wallace
isn't a better player than Antoine. Still, the
larger point is impossible to deny. But basketball
is still about more than individual skills. In a similar
list fifteen years ago, Joe Dumars or Ricky Pierce
might not have made the list, or Ricky Pierce.

Still, I see your point.

And if you want to include players who are on the verge of being better, the
list gets quite a bit longer. Not to mention all the comparables-Jalen Rose,
Ricky Davis, Antawn Jamison, etc., who you certainly could argue are
superior. And that's just off the top of my head. I'm sure you'll disagree
on many of these, but that's just the way it is with Antoine. Many of us are
going to disagree. Until the end of time.

Subject: I challenge you

Since Twan seems to be continously degraded on these boards, I challenge
anyone to name me 25 present players who they think today are better players
than Twan....
