WHY? I mean WHY is everyone so damn eager to get rid of Battie
for yet another athletic wing? I do not understand this.
Are you all so enamored of and secure with Blount/Baker with
LaFrentz as the only backup? Why do so many of you feel we can
afford to part with Battie? Is it due to his injuries or to Walter
being able to fill in so "efficiently" for him at the 4 or 5?
Otherwise, trading Battie for a 2nd or 3rd-string guard makes no
sense.
Why don't we just convert our team into 15 athletic wings, which
is maybe what Ainge feels would finally turn our team into his
own likeness?
