WHY?  I mean WHY is everyone so damn eager to get rid of Battie
for yet another athletic wing?  I do not understand this.  

Are you all so enamored of and secure with Blount/Baker with 
LaFrentz as the only backup? Why do so many of you feel we can 
afford to part with Battie?  Is it due to his injuries or to Walter 
being able to fill in so "efficiently" for him at the 4 or 5? 
Otherwise, trading Battie for a 2nd or 3rd-string guard makes no 
sense.  

Why don't we just convert our team into 15 athletic wings, which 
is maybe what Ainge feels would finally turn our team into his 
own likeness?
