Consider Tommy Heinsohn for a moment.  Personally, I doubt that he neither 
knew nor cared about this Neunugget ninny (and I'm right there with him, by 
the way).  When someone with Tommy's background says "they", he most likely 
means either Danny Ainge, or the owners, in my opinion.  Had he been 
referring to the coaches, he would have identified them as such.  Just my 
take on Tommy's words.
