Need 3 dedicated fantasy players

We have 7 people and we need 3 more for a Yahoo league.  Celtics fans are
especially welcome!   A certain dedication level is required (the higher, the
better!) and obviously we want no after-bad-draft quitters.  Most league

Rebounds = +1
Assists = +1.5
Steals = +2
Blocks = +2
TOs = -1
FG attempts = -0.45, FG made = +1 (45% = wash)
FT attempts = -1.4, FT made = +2 (70% = wash, this system was devised after
the 99-00 season to keep Shaq's stats in check)
