RE: Jimbo says Perkins/Hunter Not Ready

We have to move some of Battie, Blount, Williams, James, or McCarty and get
a big man inside and another perimeter scorer. With Walker gone we have no
other outside offense threat. What is up with Jumaine Jones?

Who is this Ronald Murray and where did he come from? He could make Ray
Allen expendable as someone else mentioned

Ready or not, times are desperate...

Not totally lacking in muscle, Boston boasts at least two guys who look like
they spend more time in the weight room than the powder room.
Brandon Hunter, who at 6-6, 266 pounds is buff enough to recently be
featured in an ad in ESPN the Magazine, proudly showing off his chiseled
physique. Another rookie, Kendrick Perkins, who just recently turned 19, is
a beefy 6-10, 280.
Hunter has the pedigree, having led the NCAA in rebounding last winter at
Ohio University.
Neither, however, has played a minute in 11 games this season. Might that
change?
"Certainly, Kendrick and Brandon are rugged," said O'Brien. "Hopefully,
they'll come along so we could insert them. In my estimation, they aren't
ready now."
They couldn't have been any less ready than the less-than-killer Bs --
Blount, Baker and Battie.
