	Well, I hope the Celtics respondent is correct.
	I must have read twenty news articles on the trade, that all said that 
we got Dallas' pick. Not one mentioned any protection. Having said 
that, it's unlikely that Patricia Bender would be so sure there was 
protection, unless she had verification from the league.
	I've also E-mailed our friends at Celtic-nation.com to see if they can 
get us a definitive reference, but it's been several days with no 
response.
	This could be a biggie. Dallas is no lock to make the playoffs. they 
are very talented, but, "many's the slip, tween cup and lip."
