More Answers To Your Questions & Draft Intrigue

- Yes, P. Maurice will soon be back on his Meds and stabilized.

- Yes, it makes sense to trade Walker to Miami for Grant
and the pick, but no it's not happening. How can Ainge deal Walker
less than two months after proclaiming him a cornerstone and stating he
has
no intention of trading him. With those comments Ainge locked himself
into
Antoine for a spell, well, at least until the season starts. After that,
and whatever
flaws Walker exhibits, he's fair game.

And then there's the question of Walker's value. You would think that
the Bulls, crying
out for a veteran SF, would congregate around Walker, the hometown
All-Star.
But he's never mentioned. The three-point blitzkrieg, I think,
downgrades
Walker's value for other clubs. That and the Max contract.

- Draft Intrigue via Chad Ford:

1. It looks like the Dukie: Dahntay Jones (great athlete) and
BYU's Travis Hanson are now in the first round. Good workouts.

2. Both Dwyane Wade and Leandrinho Barbosa are having smokin' workouts.
Wade: great first step, and Barbosa: great athleticism (but questioning
of how
long for him to adjust to the language and the NBA game) seem likely
lottery
picks.

3. Orlando wants Wade, but have little to trade up for him.

4. The Knickknacks will trade out of the lottery if Kaman isn't around
at 9,
as they don't want another undersized PF.

Now there's an opportunity for the Celtics to swoop in and grab Maciej
Lampe,
and let him develop in Spain next season.

5. Milwaukee unsure of any of the PGs past Ford, also is talking
about trading out.

- So, there's lots of trading-up possibilities for Ainge, who needs to
be proactive
in this off-season.
