My experience (limited as it is) with VC/Take over companies is that they
flex their muscles by changing "some" people the first year so folks know
who is in charge.  Build up some loyalty with the people who do the detail
work and learn what they can from the others and then change over the rest
of management within two-three years.

Give them at least a full year to redirect the this $360 million "ship" and
learn who to listen to in Celticsland and the NBA in general.  Being rash
could be a bigger mistake.
