What Option on Kedrick?

In space no one can hear you scream.
If you're traded, no one has to pick up your option.

Really, what makes anyone think that Brown has a long shelf life
with the Celtics?

I can see him dealt prior/during the draft, as they try to recoup the
fans' enthusiasm
after a rough EC playoffs, by making a big deal. Methinks, that
possibility
has been put in place by Wallace acquiring a $2 million trade exception.

And clearly Brown doesn't fit into O'Bie Please Goey's system.

Doesn't provide the three-point offense that O'Boring
requires of his perimeter players.

Not that Kedrick is a perimeter player any ways. He's clearly
a slash and burn small forward, who should be used ala
Adrian Dantley on offense. On defense, he has promise,
but is a slow learner, and is simply with the wrong coach,
as far as the required development needed.

Kedrick, as I've always thought, would be a much better
player with someone like Larry Brown, who fits his system
around his talent, as opposed to Jimbo's need to have players that
fit into his system.
