One can hardly blame them for looking at new revenue sources. They did pay 360 million dollars for a franchise that's paying Vin Baker 56 million over the next 4 years. Ironically, raising the ticket price is an obvious option. Not that people want to pay more to see Vin play, but maybe they'll pay more to boo him. Whether anyone agrees with it or not, it will happen. Boo Boo Boo.

It's so sad though. This team was so close to being a monster in the East. A few shrewd moves by Wallace and he would have been a darling. (Or no moves as it turns out in this case.) Turning around the franchise after the Pitino disaster would have let Wallace write his own ticket. And you know what? There's nothing like writing your own ticket. Too bad for Chris. He really seems like a likable guy. If Rogers would have stayed that was a very lopsided trade in favor of the C's. Delk is the kind of tough guy you need on a championship team. Johnson? Ahh, not yet anyhow.

Just goes to show you, it's a long strange trip and anyone and everyone will get fooled. Unfortunately Wallace got fooled by a drunk. The oldest trick in the book. A drunk acting like he's got his shit together. Unbelievable that Chris took the bait. Vin Baker must have some incredible karma b/c he's burning through it. In his defense he's feels this too. Otherwise why would he sign some contract to forego his $? He feels bad, as well he should. Hopefully Billy Hunter will not screw this up even more.
