Exactly, the Celts have improved considerably no doubt. We had nowhere else
to go but up. It was a bad situation talent wise. Now we are still small at
the 4-5 to compete for any ECF's. But moving up into the playoff picture
looks rosier. This is one step at building a team. We will need some
patience. With this draft we are back on schedule improving.
