Banks = Trade For Tinsley

If the Celtics want to get a PG who can't hit outside
shots, they'd do much better by trading for Tinsley.
At least we know he can run an NBA offense, can pass, and 
removed from Isiah's screwy influence, might settle down.

Banks, the outside clunkmaster, will have Celtics fans 
howling for another PG as team's zone out Pierce and clog 
the paint, forcing Banks to hit outside shots, which isn't 
his strength.
