	What we know is that both ESPN and a Celtics publicist have stated
publicly that Best had signed. If it's true, I wonder why the Celtics
and Best would be hiding that information.
	What would be gained by holding back the announcement? Who needs to be
informed before the general public? Why was a publicist allowed to
shoot off his mouth on the radio and when will he be fired? Who gave
the news to ESPN?
	Where is Jim Garrison when we need him?
