Hence the phrase team option, although it may not be an official option in some

it is the team's choice whether or not he is with them next season. He is not

Ah, that explains it. In that case, I'm guessing DA would rather have Hunter at
360K than JR at 560K. Especially since we just signed a fourth small guard,
which should move Bremer to at least 3rd on both the PG and SG chart. But you
never know with Obie...
