Good point Cecil -- also part of the reason I think OB felt 
comfortable in playing Walker & Pierce 40 mpg was that the bench was 
so thin.  I'd like to see them at about 35 mpg but that CAN only 
happen with folks who will contribute (not space holders like Grant 
Long).  Whether it WILL happen with a better bench remains to be seen 
and, i suspect, will spell out how long OB will be coaching the C's

If memory serves correct, Sundov exercised a player option -- not the 
C's.  Which is why the 3rd-year Player Option on Walter's contract is 
so aggrivating.  I see adding a player option as a way to sweeten the 
pot when trying to bid for a player.  If getting either a 2-year deal 
or a 3-year w/ Team rather than Player option, meant losing Walta, 
well see ya later.  I guess the one saving grace is that its at 
almost Min. money.
