Mark really did make the sacrifice. He lost out on 500 thousand in a one year 
deal but did get a two year deal. However, Ainge only went up a couple of 
hundred thousand from the minimum. Although the owner have to pay a total of 1.5 
million in luxury taxes over two years, conceivably, it is hard to feel sorry 
for them. They still have to field a team with 12 players....

Still wondering why we haven't seen Cooke. He either has really ticked 
someone off or they really like him. Surprising that he doesn't get a mention in the 
papers when they made the big hype about him prior to the games. Ray, get on 
it.....
