Those above players seem to have little chance of signing with
the Celtics, $4.5 million exception or not.


So, who's left that's any good and you might (and I say might) use the
exception on:

- Alonzo Mourning
- PJ Brown
- Erick Piatkowski
- Stephen Jackson
- Speedy Claxton
- Jame Posey
- Scottie Pippen
- Lucious Harris
- Derrick Coleman
- Kenny Thomas

If they hadn't already drafted Banks, Claxton would be a good pick up.
Mourning seems to make the most sense, with darkhorse Piatkowski,
Drobnjack, PJ Brown, and Lucious Harris, restricted Posey and quixotic
Stephen
Jackson lagging behind.
