Hoopsworld draft review

This article was advertised as a look back at the 2002 NBA Draft.
If that kept anyone from clicking on the link that's really a shame because 
it was so much more.
The writer goes back and grades the drafts from 1990 on using his own form of 
the Tendex system which he calls VORP.
There are a few surprises including his top ten rookie seasons.
