CELTIC TRADITION HAS BECOME CELTIC GIMMICKRY

I was think the same thing. However, my final conclusion was to stay with 
what was out there. If we had put a Brown out there, we would much likely to 
pick up a foul. Refs looks for that kind of stuff (picking on the young guys) 
and Reggie knows how to feed them. The funny thing was how wide open Reggie 
got anyway. If Brown had fallen down and let Reggie get wide open, people 
would have gotten all over him....

I went to a basketball game last night and a hockey game broke out.....ba 
ching....

That was a sorry excuse for a BB game last night. It was a challenge of who 
could be worst. The refs threw in their share. It was amazing to watch 
Harrington be draped all over PP and Battie had to play with his hands behind 
his back to avoid picking up another foul from O'Neil. The refs were horrible 
but I have noticed that the refs can do that when the players are performing 
that way also....

Notice how we could have a running game with the speed Brown and Walter have? 
However, it is all for naught since Obie doesn't practice it and nobody can 
pass the ball to save their life...

I am so proud to watch the Cs get the ball and run up the launch a quick 
three. We used to have the Celtic fast break as our tradition. Now, our new 
tradition can be the quick three. It is something we will be able to tell our 
grandkids about. We can say, "Yeah, I remember that one great play when Tony 
Delk got the rebound and dribbled up to the three point line and shot it WITH 
ONLY 20 SECONDS LEFT ON THE SHOT CLOCK!  NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL BASKETBALL! " 
 Only a coaching genius could have thought up such a indefensible 
strategy....And then that great quote by the immortal Antoine Walker who once 
said "I shoot threes because they don't have fours".  That immortal quote 
revolutionized the game forever. High school kids from that moment on were 
taught to disdain any shot between the three point line and 7 foot in. 
Something to be proud of....
