     I think he has had this weapon (and similar inside ones) all along.  The 
unusual thing about last night's game, IMHO, is that for once we saw BOTH 
Walkers:  the silly outside-shooting idiot who jacks it up on a whim, and the 
incredibly skilled and effective inside player who can take it to the hoop as 
well as Pierce, even if he doesn't get the calls Pierce gets.  
      I didn't see much of the all-star game, so repeat here the conversation 
had with Walker at that game:
    "Why do you shoot so many threes?"
     "Because they don't have fours."
