Wells to Memphis...

The Blazers have traded Bonzi Wells to the Grizzlies for Wesley Person, a
conditional first-round pick in the 2004 Draft and cash considerations.

Too bad, we missed out on this one.

We should have offered Mills or Williams or Kedrick and a pick for Wells
straight up.  It would immediately give us the scorer we need when Pierce is
double teamed or sitting on the bench.  Now we are stuck with unreliable
(maybe, for now) scorers and non-impact players.

Darn.
