Plus/minus stats

We are getting more games so the stats are becoming more valid. Interesting 
that although I jumped off his bandwagon, Brown still has a sweet plus/minus. 
Would it be because of his solid defense and help on the boards? What about a 
lineup of the top plus/minus guys: LaFrentz, Brown, James, Blount and EWill? 
Why does Battie fall so much below everyone when he seems not that much 
different from Blount? Is it that Blount's blocks and ability to play the Harter 
defense make that much of the difference? And why does Baker show as a negative and 
PP still as the bigger negative?....
