You are correct.  It was a lot more subtle than that, but still amounted 
to the same.  

When is the last time you heard one word out of Wallace or Papile since 
the Baker suspension?   And how were the Celts able to suspend Baker 
without a whimper?  They had something on him.  And how did they have 
something on him ... well remember when he paid several people
to lobby his (trading) case before the Court of Chris Wallace?
